TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read the terms governing the purchase, supply, custom fabrication, and installation of TechFit solutions.
1. Scope of Service
TechFit (Techfit Health Fitness Private Limited) provides premium turnkey gym setup services, commercial fitness equipment supply (BH Fitness, Tunturi, California Fitness), custom combat sports fabrications (MMA cages, boxing rings), and CrossFit rigs across India.
2. Orders & Specifications
All custom fabricated rigs, combat structures, and free weights are built to specific dimensions, brand requirements, and raw material tolerances agreed upon in writing. Order modifications submitted after structural steel cutting or painting has commenced are subject to separate revision costs.
3. Sourcing & Lead Times
Lead times for custom fabrications and direct international product imports are estimated at the time of purchase and are subject to logistical factors. TechFit makes every professional effort to align fabrication and delivery timelines as promised in order specifications.
4. Warranty & After-Sales Servicing
All commercial installations carry structural frame warranties. After-sales maintenance, parts sourcing, and localized Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are serviced directly by TechFit engineers dispatched from our Mumbai facility across active regions.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and all commercial supply contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
